hari ni aku nak bagitaw ilmu pasal natural pharmaceutical. rahsia disebaliknya...


why don't we eat these natural food? you know the answer better

Did you know that over 50% of the drugs in clinical use today contain natural products??? These natural products are synthesized from plant compounds and bring up the question of WHY individuals suffering from illnesses are simply not provided with prescription to eat these foods instead of given chemical pills that claim pill contains plant components.

  • Hydrocodone (Acetaminophen/Vicodin/Oxycontin)
ubat ini boleh melegakan batuk. ubat ni boleh jugak melegakan kesakitan (moderate to severe pain) yang kebiasaannya diambil skali dengan paracetamol.

Side Effects @ Consequences: cardiac arrest, liver damage, bradycardia, coma, seizures, respiratory depression and death.

Natural Alternatives: ginger, turmeric, berries, cherries, celery, cayenne pepper, dark leafy greens, nuts (especially walnuts)

  • Statins (Lipitor/Zocor/Crestor)
 juga dikenali sebagai HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors. ubat ni akan inhibit penghasilan enzyme yang membantu menghasilkan kolesterol dalam hati. apabila enzyme ini sket maka kolesterol yang dihasilkan jugak akan berkurangan dan LDL receptor turut berkurangan. oleh itu, LDL (bad cholesterol) dalam darah menjadi rendah. ubat ini biasa diambil oleh pesakit hyperlipidemia.

Side Effects @ Consequences: acute kidney failure, cancer, inflammation & muscle breakdown, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, death, interference with hormones.

Natural Alternatives: Nuts, spinach, apples, turmeric, cranberries, tomatoes, green tea, alfalfa sprouts, bell peppers, garlic, fenugreek seeds, licorice root, hawthorn berry

  • Lisinopril (Prinivil/Zestril) and Norvasc (Amlodipine)

ubat ini adalah ACE inhibitor. ACE adalah angiotensin converting enzyme yang terdapat dalam badan untuk mengawal tekanan darah. apabila ACE inhibitor diambil maka saluran darah akan membesar dan menyebabkan peredaran darah lancar. sesuai untuk pesakit hypertension untuk mengurangkan tekanan darah.

Side Effects @ Consequences: impotence, cancer, depression, blood disorders, tachycardia, gum enlargement, liver inflammation, hepatitis, elevated blood glucose, harsh skin conditions.

Natural Alternatives: citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon, lime, orange, pineapple), high vitamin C vegetables (chili peppers, bell peppers, thyme, parsley, leafy greens, broccoli), magnesium rich foods (green leafy vegetables, cacao, brazil nuts, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, pine nuts, black walnuts), potassium rich foods (bananas, mushrooms, oranges, dates, sweet potatoes), coconut oil, and coconut water

  • Synthroid (levothyroxine sodium)

ubat ini menggantikan thyroid hormon yang dihasilkan oleh kelenjar thyroid kerana hormon yang dihasilkan tidak mencukupi. hormon ini adalah untuk regulate body energy dan jugak metabolism. sesuai untuk merawat hypothyroidism

Side Effects @ Consequences: reduction in bone mineral density (caused by long-term suppression of TSH), elevated blood glucose levels, coma, adrenal insufficiency, heart failure, interferes with proper metabolization of iodine. 

Natural Alternatives: seaweed, kelp, radish, bananas, parsley, cranberries, strawberries, and leafy greens rich in copper, iron, selenium and zinc (such as kale, collards and swiss chard)

*kebiasaannya senaman dan aktiviti fizikal dapat membantu memulihkan malfunctioning thyroid. at least 20 - 30 minutes per day! 

  • Prilosec (omeprazole/generic versions of nexium)

proton pump inhibitors. ubat ini akan merendahkan kandungan acid yang dihasilkan oleh perut. used as antacid.

Side Effects @ Consequences: ulcers, tachycardia, bradycardia, angina, palpitations, elevated blood pressure, pancreatic inflammation, irritable bowel syndrome, liver failure, liver disease, muscle weakness, skin conditions, tinnitus, inflammation of the eyes, increased urination, anemia, blood cell disorders.

Natural Alternatives: grapefruits, broccoli sprouts, raw honey (local is the best), marshmallow tea, glutamine, slippery elm, aloe vera juice, baking soda, probiotics

  • Azithromycin and Amoxicillin

antibiotik untuk melawan bakteria. ubat ini bertindak menghalang mekanisma bakteria daripada menghasilkan replication. ianya jugak untuk menbantu protein synthesis of good bacteria untuk penghadaman yang baik.

Side Effects @ Consequences: destruction of healthy bacterial populations (even if you have had just one round of antibiotics in your entire life), inflammation of the liver and colon, allergic reactions, obesity, antibiotic resistance in humans, and destruction of stomach lining and thus inflammation of the stomach.

Natural Alternatives: vitamin D (sunlight preferably), garlic, coconut oil, turmeric, nuts, raw honey (local is best), green tea, paul D’Arco, burdock root, grapeseed extract, golden seal, and oregano oil

*jangan lupa minum air 4 - 5 liter air apabila kau orang sakit sebab nak flush bakteria keluar dari sistem badan.

  • Glucophage (metformin)

oral anti-diabetic drug. mengawal kandungan gula dalam darah. kadang-kadang kena ambil dengan insulin so that can suppressing natural glucose production in the liver.

Side Effects @ Consequences: malabsorption of vitamin B12 (and thus B12 deficiency), bladder cancer, impaired liver and kidney functioning, lactic acidosis, increased homocysteine levels, heart failure, interferes with proper pancreatic functioning

Natural Alternatives: black tea, green tea, vitamin D (especially in the form of sunlight), turmeric, nuts, chia seeds, green leafy vegetables, cinnamon, red grapes, broccoli, spinach, green beans, berries

so kat sini aku nak stress kan yang kita semua boleh elak daripada memasukkan drugs ni dalam badan. fungsi drugs semua ni sama ja dengan makanan yang kita makan . cuma kita kena pandai kawal portion and type of food . prevention is better than cure .

TAPI kat sini aku takda mention pasal ubat tak baik langsung taw. aku tak kata yang kita semua ni tak boleh amik ubat . boleh . . . cumanya kita kena tengok jugak kalau boleh elak kita elakkan lah. kalau setakat pening-pening jangan terus amik paracetamol makan. lepas tu tak cukup sebijik pandai - pandai up dose ikut suka hati sebab bila amik sebijik takde effect . bukan apa , takut badan kita akan dependence dengan paracetamol payah la kan . . .  kita tak mau semua tu . we want healthier food haha

aku rasa semua orang pun aware pasal benda ni cumannya kau orang tak taw macam mana nak apply dan practice kan? so rajin-rajin lah baca blog aku ni sebab aku akan update banyak lagi perkara yang akan educate kau orang dalam bab-bab info makanan . insha Allah :)
